Welcome to SwipeJr (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SwipeJr mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the app, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

• Users must be 14 years or older to use SwipeJr.
• Users under 18 (“Minor Users”) may only access the Service with parental or legal guardian consent.
• Parents/Guardians (“Parent Accounts”) are responsible for monitoring Minor activity.

Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Debit Card Issuance

• Debit cards are issued through our partner Stripe or other licensed financial institutions.
• You must comply with all policies and agreements required by the issuing partner.
• Misuse of the card may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Wallet & Transactions

• The wallet allows users to store, transfer, and receive funds.
• Transactions may be subject to processing times, limits, and verification.
• We reserve the right to decline or reverse transactions for security or compliance reasons.
• You agree not to use the wallet for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

Money Requests & Funding

• Users may request funds from parents or external debit cards.
• All linked payment methods must be legally owned and authorized by you.
• Failed, reversed, or fraudulent funding attempts may lead to account restrictions.

Peer-to-Peer Transfers

• P2P transfers allow users to send and receive money within the app.
• These transfers are irreversible once completed.
• You are responsible for verifying recipient details before sending money.

Security

• SwipeJr offers two-step verification via SMS or email.
• You agree to keep your device, PIN, and verification codes secure.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure access.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal or fraudulent transactions
• Money laundering
• Purchasing restricted or age-inappropriate products
• Abuse, hacking, or interference with the app
• Misrepresentation or identity fraud

Violation may result in suspension or termination.
